A veritable institution, "La Toque Cuivrée" has been specializing for 30 years in the production of the famous Bordeaux canelé. The brand offers a wide range of products: - canelés of course, of different sizes (Canelé Bouchée, Canelé Lunch, Canelé Gros) which can be bought individually, in ballotins, in collector's boxes, in gift boxes, etc.; - verrines of canelés with rum syrup; - canelé spread; - caramels; - meat pies; - rosé... If you are passing through the city of Bordeaux, do not hesitate to bring some back because it can be kept for several days (in a dry place). Here's a pastry to consume without moderation , ideal to accompany a coffee!
