Wow we finally succeeded!!! We have been hearing wonderful rumors for many years....about the delicious Americans..... 'La Tradition' in Verona, a stone's throw from the Arena, I was struck by its vintage style with wooden furnishings, old typewriters and shop crates and retro signs. I grew up with my mother and grandparents in that area... so I remember very well the iron Coca-Cola fridge, crates with mechanical buttons, and very heavy iron Campari signs... The infinite selection of products for aperitifs is impressive, and the thousand fresh cicchetti, the meatballs, the platters, hot dishes and the wine list are exceptional. The girl who served us was kind and prepared Everyone smart takes orders in mind....how do they do it??? We had a roundup of mixed house cicchetti, then obviously an encore, a bruschetta with scamorza, speck and mushrooms... a hamburger of the day... and obviously cotechino and peara... next time I want their tiramisu... There is also a cute little garden at the back with heating lamps for the more spoiled... An experience I highly recommend! Met Enrico, one of the owners, super smart, professional, but always kind with a ready joke... he understood our tastes very well... we discussed many tips as we were also in the sector...
