I hate doing this and you will see that most of my comments are positive. But 4.9 out of 5? A big joke. Either people have no taste, or it’s manipulated. A burger at this price (15 euros 50 with sauce and fries) we expect a minimum. First, start by asking for the meat to be cooked if it is of such good quality as you make it appear, because you end up with an overcooked and tasteless piece of meat. Then, if you charge 1 euro 50 for the sauces, please make them homemade because I am convinced that this is not the case. Finally, you can be more generous on the fries to make up for the rest. In short, I would never have left this comment if the manager had not, on top of that, spoken to me badly. For the record, I got set on fire because I went down to the bathroom and it was apparently forbidden. There was nothing to indicate it and I didn't know it, SORRY. I remind you that the customer is King and that quality service is as important as the rest. You really don't tick any boxes... From the “guy who felt a little too comfortable going down to wash his hands.” Ps: I invite you to take an example from Rascal’s café which makes a burger of this type for 6 euros (10 euros with fries) in Brussels and with the possibility of sitting down! If you want to make good burgers for over 15 euros, take inspiration from what PNY does in Paris. But please stop stealing from people. Very nice burger experience. Prices contained for a very high quality and a lot of taste. Bread and meat come from Belgian craft businesses. The service is young and cheerful. All this can only please and are all reasons to prefer to contact La Fenêtre. We will definitely go back.
