I would just like to point out that we are a small family-run business and we only source from zero km, with a fairly short and always updated menu. We do the shopping every day and when a dish ends up in the kitchen we delete it from the blackboard so there is no possibility that the raw material could be 'old' for us Having said that, you are the first negative review in two and a half years of life... But you continually learn and grow.
