Very disappointing welcome, we wandered around the hotel lobby asking for information. Very very disappointing lunch, the perch fillets, which are so good in the region, were ordinary to say the least. We wanted to introduce this table to friends, but I'm not sure they will come back. The LA TABLE restaurant is located in the Ermitage hotel, Evian resort. The parking lot is that of the hotel. The Sunday brunch at 65 euros is a real treat, very varied and magnificent. You will serve yourself pastries, starters, side dishes, cheese and desserts and you will be served meat and fish. Various fruit juices, coffee and herbal teas are included. Only wines and champagne are extra at very affordable prices. The place is superb with a terrace and a breathtaking view of Lake Geneva.
