Small portions. I visited the Lab Food truck at Clyde Warren Park last Saturday. I ordered a side of Fries and some Fried pickles. I was first disatissfied with the portion I received. The frys were about the amount you would get from a small fry at a fast food joint. They were really thin and kind of soggy and over seasoned. At $3 they were def not worth the $.

Same story with the pickles. I received maybe 7-10 pickle chips in my order. Breading was tasty, but the middle was kinda of doughy and soggy. Not worth the $4.

Food service was slow. Hoping the food is great after a 45 min wait. After waiting 47 mins the food was great. Just think 45 min from order to eat is too long for a food truck.
