I had been going to La Barbe's since I was a kid. I loved going there. I have gone a few times as an adult and the nostalgia was still there. I took my kids today to try and pass that love down. Unfortunately, that was shot down today by the owner. We tried to play a game of pool, and the owner assumed my children would destroy her pool table. I played on that table as a kid with my dad. I asked why... "because that table costs a lot of money." Canceled my order and walked out. Good bye La Barbe. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We will definitely be back. Loved everything about it. I wanted to take home a gallon of their homemade coleslaw. It was just like my mother's only better. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
