Booked a function with them for 15 Oct. Went to pay the outstanding amount today (8 Oct) and they closed their doors 2 weeks ago. No refund has been provided and no contact was made to say they were closing their doors.

Sent through a booking request on their website 12 days ago, have emailed again and tried to call multiple times, they don’t answer the phone and don’t get back to you.
All they need to do is hire 1 person part time to take their enquiries or engage with a reservation service.
Not the first time this has happened either.
Won’t be back.

REUNION WITH CHRISTMAS IN JULY THEMEWe were so fortunate to have found "Christmas in July" being offered by Lachlan's Old Government House Restaurant for a reunion of 13 long term friends. On Saturday evening, 23 July 2022 we enjoyed sumptuous dishes from an al la carte menu in the private "South Garrison Room. The tender, sirloin steak meals were huge! The table had been wonderfully laid with the Christmas theme. The service staff were very capable and friendly. Martin was professional and responsive to our queries when arranging the evening. Excellent value. A lovely evening was had by all. Thank you Martin, Phillip, the Chefs and the team.
