Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. We purchased a cake for a birthday celebration, expecting a fresh and safe product. Unfortunately, when we started serving the cake, we discovered that it was with worms. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a food product being sold to customers. What should have been a happy birthday celebration was completely ruined. We were shocked, disgusted, and extremely disappointed. A basic level of food hygiene and quality control should be expected from any bakery or restaurant. This is not just about a bad-tasting cake or poor service — finding worms inside a cake is a serious food safety and hygiene concern. We expect the business to take this matter seriously, investigate how this happened, and provide an appropriate explanation and resolution. I would strongly recommend that the management review their food storage, preparation, and quality-control procedures to ensure this never happens to another customer. Food: 1 Service: 1
