For about six months, or more precisely since the new chef arrived, I haven't been able to eat there anymore. We were eating here, had a beef tartare, and it was - presumably, there's no other way to explain it - put through the meat grinder several times and also left there. Unfortunately I really couldn't eat it because it tasted so bad, really metallic. And in response to my complaint I got “that’s the way it is now, there’s a new chef here and this is the new recipe.” Period, that was all we got in response. Our beef tartare is particularly appreciated by our guests because the meat comes from our own cattle and the tartare is not put through the meat grinder, but is cut by hand á la minute by our chef, who has been with us since October 2022 is in the house.
