Very disappointing experience. I waited in line and expected to be served in the order customers arrived, but the staff ignored my turn and served other people before me. When I politely raised the issue and asked to speak with a manager, my concern was not taken seriously and I received no assistance or explanation. Customer service and respect for customers should be a priority. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.

I paid 240SAR for Laderach premium Swiss chocolate as a treat, and was surprised to find a hair inside. I assume this isn’t part of the premium experience.

Amazing quality and presentation. Friendly staff, premium chocolate selection, and beautiful gift packaging. Fresh, flavorful, and worth the splurge. Highly recommended!
