Two pizzas ordered at 7:30 p.m. The lady tells me the expected delivery time: 8:30 p.m. Well already, it's a bit long but hey... At 9:10 p.m., I call the pizzeria. We no longer know the address or what the order contains, it hasn't even been made yet, I'm told it will be delivered at 9:30 p.m. Well finally I'm not hungry anymore and I'm canceling. I would have liked to try your pizzeria but I don't think I'll order there a second time given the seriousness... I would have appreciated an apology. Very good food. Bad service. When you order a certain type of dough they bring you something else without apology or commercial gestures and when you contact the boss privately to tell him that you are disappointed and that the least you could have done was to warn the customer and apologize seeing you make a commercial gesture it becomes aggressive and makes you look like an idiot who is complaining for nothing. Certainly the sauce was the one I ordered (good too) but not the pasta. I would have preferred to have been warned beforehand. Apparently I should have been happy to receive my order and no reason to complain. Too bad. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
