I recently stopped by the Ladurée kiosk at Vendôme Mall and had such a delightful experience. The kiosk is beautifully presented, with the brand’s signature elegant style, making it hard to walk past without treating yourself. It’s the perfect spot to pick up a sweet treat while shopping or enjoy a quick coffee break in the mall. I tried a selection of their macarons along with a coffee, and everything was exceptional. The macarons were fresh, light, and full of flavor, with the perfect texture and beautiful presentation that Ladurée is known for. The coffee paired perfectly with the desserts, making for a simple but indulgent experience. The staff were warm, polite, and efficient, serving customers with a smile despite the steady flow of visitors. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be stopping by again. I highly recommend the Ladurée Vendôme Mall kiosk to anyone looking for delicious French pastries, beautifully crafted macarons, and excellent service. We visited the Place Vendôme Mall branch yesterday, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. We waited for 25 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. There was also no menu on the table, and the atmosphere was very hot and uncomfortable. After all that time, a family arrived at the table next to us, and the waitress immediately went to take their order even though we had been there much earlier. When we called her and explained that we had been waiting for a long time and had arrived before that table, her only response was “okay,” without any apology or concern. When we asked what she meant, she simply repeated “okay” in a very unprofessional and careless manner. Although she apologized at the end of the visit, it was not acceptable after the way we were treated. Her name is Maria. Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor. The waitress was neither welcoming nor attentive, and we felt completely ignored throughout our visit. It was a very unpleasant experience, and we will not be visiting this branch again. I would not recommend it to anyone based on our experience.
