This is a review of a different kind. I sent an email from Australia, asking how I could pre-pay a voucher for my son. Today I called and the Gutschein was given to my son's girlfriend without me having had a chance to transfer the money yet! It's close to midnight here. What an incredible level of goodwill and trust!
