I am absolutely delighted with my stay at Lago Hotel! This was my second visit this year, and once again, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The food is on a really high level, with a great variety and excellent quality. The staff are also fantastic — friendly, helpful and always smiling. I would especially like to thank Ali, Kemal and Islam from Tiny Bites for their amazing service and hospitality. They always made us feel welcome and took great care of us. A special thank you also goes to Ugur from the Skate Team — a great guy who always brings positive energy and makes the holiday even better! After coming back for the second time this year, I can honestly say that Lago Hotel feels like a place I can return to with confidence. Great food, fantastic staff and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended! I will definitely be back again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
