Come here and try delicious tea. The competent staff demonstrates a high level of hospitality at this bar. Spectacular service is something guests agree upon here. When inside, the atmosphere is enjoyable. But visitors rate Lagoon below average on Google.

Definitely our favourite bar to relax in after a busy day exploring and sightseeing around Kyoto. Staff are excellent and friendly and service is beyond anything we could expect. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The fried chicken is delicious and the sausage are delicious as well. They have reasonable prices for everything they got on the menu except wine prices. I have no complaints about this place; the food and the service. Everything is just perfect for me. I ordered the fried chicken and the sausage and a glass of pinot noir. My total was about ¥4000.00.
