Very disappointing experience. Yesterday, the restaurant posted a promotional offer on TikTok, but when I visited, the offer was not available. This feels misleading and wastes customers' time. The food taste was also below expectations and not worth the hype shown on social media. The service was poor, and the staff showed rude behavior. No one seemed interested in listening to customer concerns or providing assistance. The marketing on TikTok looks great, but the actual experience was completely different. I hope the management improves both customer service and honesty in advertising.

المحترم کسٹمر، آپ کے فیڈبیک کا شکریہ۔ ہمیں انتہائی افسوس ہے کہ آپ کا تجربہ ہماری توقعات کے مطابق نہیں رہا۔ ہماری ٹک ٹاک آفر کو عوام کی طرف سے بہت زیادہ محبت ملی جس کی وجہ سے ہوٹل پر اچانک غیر متوقع رش ہو گیا۔ ہمارا "سٹیم چرغہ" ایک ایسی ڈش ہے جسے تازہ اور معیاری رکھنے کے لیے کم از کم 1 گھنٹہ سٹیم کرنا لازمی ہوتا ہے۔ ہم کوالٹی پر سمجھوتہ نہیں کر سکتے، اسی لیے شارٹ کٹ لگا کر 5 یا 10 منٹ میں اسے سرو کرنا ممکن نہیں تھا، جس کی وجہ سے آپ کو انتظار کرنا پڑا۔ رش کی وجہ سے ہمارے اسٹاف پر دباؤ تھا، لیکن ہم اپنی سروس اور کسٹمر ڈیلنگ کو بہتر بنا رہے ہیں۔ ہم امید کرتے ہیں کہ آپ ہمیں ایک اور موقع دیں گے تاکہ ہم آپ کو لاہوری چسکا کا اصل ذائقہ اور بہتر سروس فراہم کر سکیں۔ نیک تمنائیں،

It's good restaurant as per the location but u can find more option in same offerr 30 sar chargah we order there it's taken 35 minute may be because of offer. Talking about food quality was good but tast was not what we are expecting chicken wasee very dry. One suggestion also they can serv chicken with some more sauces like mayu,green mint,or Schezwan for spices.over experience is Meal type: Dinner
