so disappointed i went for lunch, and ordered chicken buttermilk rice and ice chocolate. buttermilk tasteless, the worst buttermilk chicken i’ve ever had. they using chicken breast for the chicken instead of popcorn chicken. the fried onion was soggy. i just read a review that also criticised their buttermilk chicken was tasteless, which mean the owner didn’t take any action to improve their food. also ordered ice chocolate for RM13+ but it doesn’t taste like ice chocolate that i usually get in cafe with the same price, it just taste like a cheap ice chocolate that i can get from mamak or any kedai makan tepi jalan with a cheaper price. i come here with very high expectations as the cafe was really nice, and i dont mind paying higher price than usual for having that kind of cafe BUT the price also need to be aligned with the taste of food. am i wrong? overall really bad experience, i hope the owner will takes customer feedback seriously because if not there will be no repeated customer come. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: RM 20–40

Hi. terima kasih atas komen diberi. Sy nk betulkan yg kami guna chicken leg bukan seperti yg Cik nyatakan dan chocolate yg kami guna pun yg branded. sy minta maaf jika taste tidak sampai dipihak Cik dan sy berlapang dada menerima rating yg diberi.

The ambience is good . The coffee not bad. But the food must improved. Small piece of chicken, and the spaghetti bolognaise, is too salty. . Hope owner read this and improve. The view is beautiful though Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

had a great time at LakeSide@SIC. the staffs are really nice! I couldn’t squeeze the lemon provided for my fish n chips cuz it was too thin. I told the staff and he was so nice to help me. I got a thic lemon in return THX! overall, it was a nice experience! we love the view but couldn’t sit outside—it was so sunny. indoor seatings are cozy and love the ambience and interiors Meal type: Lunch Price per person: RM 20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
