Echoing similar recent posts, incredibly slow service with rude staff. Ice cream couldn't be served on a hot summers day as they were too busy to mess about serving it. Disappointing to say how new it is.

Slow service and the older woman was rude and blunt! My daughter as autism and was looking at the biscuits and they didnt have any they had previously i asked if they had any was met with a NO and then asked for a ice lolly as was buying other drinks, blunty said i should go to the window? Why would you do 2 separate purchases, then after scanning my daughter tried to hold her ice lolly and look at it she snatched it back and said no by this time my daughter was having a meltdown and hitting herself, she was giving dirty looks. I went back in to be greeted by a different staff member who had a look for the biscuits in the back and came back with them for my daughter, cant tarnish all the staff but the older staff member with grey hair should work on her customer skills Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went for a nice walk around the reservoir and unfortunately got caught in a big rain storm. No problem we thought, let's go to the lakeside cafe and get a coffee and dry off. We got in and sat down and a woman that worked there shouted at us "no dogs allowed". Luckily we hadn't bought anything and we were quite shocked how a place that has mainly dog walkers doesn't allow dogs. So we had to retreat to the car to dry off! Won't return at all. If I was you save the money for parking and go somewhere that's more welcome of dogs.
