Lamy is a hoot. It's your typical Mexican food. You need to order your sauces when he builds your meal or be prepared to pay extra. I've been there twice and enjoyed it both times. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Chorizo Breakfast Burrito

Service was great, but the food was a bit concerning. After ordering the enchiladas, one of the employees used the microwave to melt the cheese in a styrofoam container. After seeing this, and that the food was in the microwave for an entire minute, I asked one of the employees if the container had a styrofoam safe label, and was answered with, I have no idea, it’s just how we do things here. After asking the manager the same question, he replied with the same response. When I got the container, it was misshaped from being inside the microwave, making it very apparent that the container was not safe. Attached are photos of reasons why styrofoam containers are not safe for the microwave, including: ability to cause reproductive issues, cancer, and other possible threats to your health. I really really hope the owner chooses to change their food handling and serving choices after seeing this review. Very disappointed.

I tried to like this place but after the 3rd try I can't do it anymore. i ordered steak nachos, the steak was gross and extremely chewy and the whole plate was cold. He literally scooped everything from the cold pans and handed it to us. No melted cheese just cold. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
