The food was delicious: my broth was flavorful, pork as well. The instant noodles are instant noodles lol so they were fine. The chicken was my favorite thing: tender and moist and properly cooked in the center and the skin was crispy and tasty. Loved it! My friend also had the chicken with noodles but with a buttery sauce it was heaven. They got 10 stars for food, but the final score of 4 stars it's because they need to refine the way they talk to customers. I don't know if it's a cultural thing and I'm making a big deal out of nothing but we got in there and there weren't any tables empty so they pulled two stools from one table with one guy and walked away. So we sat and thank God the boy said "you always have to share". Then we saw the menus in English but I kept pointing to the table next to me and said I wanted THAT. So the waitress pulls this menu in Chinese and starts talking to me and pointing at some items... I was like "pork and chicken" Hahahaha it was hilarious! The lady next to me stood up and tried to talk to the waitress and was shush'd away lol. Then my friend saw a table for two that got emptied and we moved there. Then we got a waiter that did know some English. So I proceed to point at the plate, the menu and said "with both pork and chicken please".... and he kept going on how chicken was more, that was a separate item, that was more money... and I was like "fine, it's ok"  for like 5 minutes! And the combos come with free coffee or tea, cold drinks are extra... and I wanted a coke. So here we go again! Couple of more minutes of "it's 3 dollars more" . So be patient here! Still the noodles were tasty
I’m glad they still exist the encroaching mall gentrifications. Real Hong Kong diner experience. Toast and bbq noodles are always good
Not worth to go. I wouldn’t go there, even the food and beverages would be free of charge. One of my worst restaurant experience, I’ve ever had. It tastes like my nieces try to cook something and put everything together and because it’s tasteless just add a lot of MSG afterwards.
