I walk in around 6pm on a Saturday. 'excuse me' says the waitress 'but you'll need to wait at least 20 minutes'. I see the cook spinning the dough to make the noodles through the window. 20 minutes when they are literally making the noodles in front of me? I can be patient, not like anywhere is going to be faster on Whyte Ave on a Saturday evening. It was the worth the wait! They have both soup and dry noodles. I prefer dry noodles, so had sesame noodles. A big bowl of noodles with lots of veggies were served under 20 minutes. I saw him start to finish make the noodles. HOW does this not have 5 stars?! The food here is so so good! The braised beef roll is a must try. Both their soups and “dry noodles” are AMAZING. The braised beef is so flavourful. You must try here! HUGE portions for such a good price. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
