First time trying them, just wow fish was amazing. Super busy but got served very quick. When you walking in everything is super clean and staff are super friendly. New fan Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Read online that this was award winning fish shop so travelled from Darlington on the way to Scarborough to this fish shop we are in our seventies and its the first fish shop that we have been in that doesn't sell cod Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

How on earth can you give anybody a humble little one star for not selling a product. This area is predominantly a haddock area. Over the years when I have sold cod it only sells 10% to haddock’s 90% so therefore my dear I sell what sells, I should know as I’ve been doing this job for 14 years now! I bet you’re the type of person who goes to Spain on holiday and doesn’t like paella and complains when the Black Bull in Benidorm doesn’t have cod!! Obviously you’re not self employed and won’t understand or even care how damaging stupid reviews like this are. Enjoy your life eating cod my dear, and when you’re ready for a superior fish pop back in to Land & Sea for some award winning Haddock More
