Although the food was not terribly bad, I will never be going back due to their horrible service and employee. We arrived with a large group and the first statement we were greeted with was "are you kidding me". The server was absolutely terrible and rude. First off, she had no patience and cut us off in conversation multiple times. Secondly, we put our dessert in early and we still managed to get it last because she forgot about it. Third, she forgot about one of our appetizers and didn't give me a water till the main course was out. Lastly, my boyfriend received a $30 steak that was supposed to be a $45 steak. If I had ordered that, I would not have known that it was the wrong steak. Overall, she was rude, impatient, harsh, and clearly was treating our table with no regard in comparison to her other tables. Considering that she was guaranteed at least an 18% tip on 5 tables, she should be a little nicer. I don't even know her name because she couldn't even introduce herself. Terrible service, do better. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could give a negative rating I would!!
THE WORST SERVICE or NON SERVICE I have EVER experienced! Today, we came to this joke of an establishment for my birthday dinner not knowing we needed reservations. The very sweet hostess informed us that we could sit at the bar without a reservation. -for an empty restaurant.
We were thrilled.
We sat ourselves, made eye contact with the female bartender and that was it!
2 minutes, 5 minutes, 10minutes, 12 minutes and NOtHING!!!! Not a drink not a hello not a menu not anything!
Don't waste your time here, and to think I was going to give them my money. Left so angry and hungry.

We ordered their (Landry's Seafood House) Thanksgiving takeout meal. It did not disappoint. The whole meal was top notch! It took all the worry and work out of the day for us, and felt the cost was very fair. We would do it again. We are relatively frequent dine in customers at this fine restaurant, and have never had a disappointing meal. They are very cognizant of their customers safety and well being during this difficult time during our pandemic, and we feel they are taking all the proper precautions to make this enjoyable for all. They wear masks, have proper social distancing and it is evident they do everything in keeping their dining room clean. Price wise? This is a relatively 'high end' restaurant for those of us who feel comfortable with their prices to enjoy what they have to offer. Their food and staff have nothing but 'kudo's from us. From happy locals!
