For personal reasons I don't like Rapallo very much.... We came to Rapallo for documents that cannot be delegated and which required signature in person, otherwise we would have done so electronically....Arcacity of Italian bureaucracy.... Here my dad bought a house...He loved Rapallo....Here he flew to the Big Sleep...Here he remained buried for the time needed by the Italian bureaucracy.....One year...Despite the fact that I was a Colonel at the time of an important "Office" and something I never do if I had asked politicians for help....To take him to the family tomb in Serravalle in the State of San Marino... Right in front of the square where the Municipality is located this nice, clean and tidy bar with cold table..... They served us courteously and discreetly Coffee...excellent blend.. And excellent croissants Excellent prices for being in Rapallo.... Easy parking...Paid municipal parking...and some free spaces in front of the place...where I found parking Some disabled spaces nearby Facilitated disabled access the Bar is very well stocked so......
