Absolutely fantastic food. Before we left the UK Id made a list of food trucks in Eugene that I wanted to visit, Lani Moku was at the top of that list and didnt disappoint, just wish we were staying longer so I could go back. Its in a great area at the back of Beergarden which has a really nice vibe too. From 2022:While at the Eugene, OR beer garden stop at Laki Molu. Your tastebuds will thank you. The best freshly grated coleslaw with a subtle ginger based dressing was grand. The star of the menu was the Mixed Plate. Enjoy it with the most tender Kalua Pork (Smokey, salty) & Pele Beef (Sweet, spicy) for a great combo you won’t make at home.
