we would like to clarify that our hotel entrance is never closed, and we do not have any sign instructing guests to call a number in order to enter the property. If you had entered the hotel, you would have found our reception area, where clear directional signs guide guests to both the breakfast and pool areas. The breakfast area is easily accessible by simply following the corridor.
