So I called Saturday and asked to order sub sandwiches for Christmas Eve. I was told they will not do orders for subs and you have to come in. I said ok. I called again Wednesday to ask again because a few months ago I was told to call ahead to order subs. I get attitude every time I walk in and order them because the staff doesn’t want or feel like making them. Again I was told I had to just come in on Christmas Eve to order. So today we get there and people were outside to bring out orders they asked what we needed I said to order some subs. They said oh ok go ahead in. I get to the counter where 3 people workers were talking to one customer not about work. Then when someone finally asked me if they could help me I was told we don’t make subs today. I asked why was I told 3 times it was ok to order them today. She said well I don’t know but we don’t even have the bread. So we left and I called the manager. A woman got on the phone and I explained what happened and was told I could come back in and they would make them. So I said ok so I was lied to about one not making them and two not having the bread to make them. I said no you lost my business. Now if your employees don’t feel like making something maybe take the giant board hanging behind the counter of all the subs you offer! Just an idea seeing as how not one person that works in that store is ever ok with just making a sandwich.
