Good salads will impress you at the first bite. It's a pity, employees are rude as a number of guests note. A lot of people highlight that the service is prompt. This bbq is stated to have inflated prices. In comparison with other restaurants, Facebook gives Larry's BBQ a below average rating.

I guess good help is hard to find during covid-19. Called several times and the phone is obviously off the hook. Drove up there expecting it to be busy (7pm on a Wednesday) but there was barely any cars. We drove through the drive through and asked for an item that they didn't have. We were met with an abrupt rude "we don't have that, drive through". We were going to place multiple orders but we were rudely dismissed, not given the option to change our order or place more orders. I've been eating here since a child and never ever experienced this. I am still baffled at how we were treated by simply asking for something that wasn't available. Larry's you need to have a long hard talk to the girl working the window.

First time ordering from Larry's and I have to say it was a real disappointment. The lady operating the walk up window has a real problem with her job. She was more focused on her phone than taking care of customers! Took way to long to get food, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, and the overall stigma was terrible! Food was good, but does not compensate for the negative atmosphere. If your employees do not like waiting on customers or their job, replace them, or simply put, you will not have customers resulting in loss of business. VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS!

I went through the drive thru and purchased a Jumbo Pork sandwich. When I opened the sandwich it had 3 slices of pork. Less than the regular size sandwich at the Larry's BBQ in Enterprise (Independently owned, mind you). This isn't a one time thing so shame on me. I won't be back back. I would post a pic if I could!
