Owner is not business professional bad attitude nope he doesn’t smile because we came to bless him with our time to eat in his restaurant he acts angry. Server and cashier needs to be two different people. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We went to eat lunch for our mom’s birthday. We waited for over an hour for food. Apparently they had a large catering order that no one warned us about before seating us. The waiter let us know well after ordering that the reason it was taking so long was that they had a catering order. Service wasn’t great. We weren’t checked on very often, several of us were needing drink refills but it took a long time for the waiter to check on us. At one point the boss sent us two small cheese dips because of the wait. I guess it was meant to be a nice gesture but at that point we just wanted our food so we could leave. This was the first time we have been back to Las Villas in years. Definitely won’t be back after that experience. My food was great though, just a bad experience and especially seeing how it was for my mom’s birthday. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

My wife and I were traveling back home and stopped in Decatur to grab a bite. We found a place called Las Vías Mexican Grill and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the experience left us disappointed. When we arrived, there was no one around to greet or seat us. After waiting a while, someone eventually came and showed us to a table. We ordered drinks and started with the queso fundido with chorizo, which cost $10. The appetizer came out in a hot skillet, but all the cheese had stuck to the bottom and sides, making it nearly impossible to enjoy. Definitely not worth the price. Our food arrived after that, and while the taste was good, the service didn’t match. No one came by to check on us—not even to offer more napkins or refill drinks—until we were completely finished with our meal. Sadly, this isn’t a place we’d return to. Good food alone can’t make up for poor service. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
