I came here recently for my birthday night meal. As there was 8 of us I booked ahead. Even though when we arrived we were told we didn't have a booking this was rectified by the highly competent staff. Anyways ..... The food man. It's just straight up delicious in every conceivable way. I had the mixed starter to share and everything on it was incredible. Followed that bad boy up with a lamb phall which was awesome, though try telling that to my tender butt in the morn.... Totally worth it. Excellent staff, quality food at a reasonable price, we visit here regularly and it's hard to find a better curry house in the North east, if visiting South shields its a must
