So I visited latest recipe for their seafood fest. It was a good experience, albeit not perfect. The cold seafoods were surprisingly not bad, especially the cocktail shrimp. The squid was also cooked perfectly. The grilled lobsters were fantastic. The lobster alone made the buffet totally worth it. They showcased mussels in the advertisement but there were none, which was a shame. The salads were decent. The paella however, was very subpar. The rice was stale from the start even tho it hadn’t been sitting out for long. The snapper wasn't that good unfortunately, it was undercooked. The desserts were mid at best which was a huge bummer for me since that's the thing I yearn for the most in buffets. The only above avg ones were the gurer sandesh, basbousa and the chia seed pudding which surprisingly tasted a bit like tiramisu. I absolutely loved their orange sorbet and raspberry ice-cream, especially the orange sorbet. I think I had 3-4 bowls of that. Their blue lagoon was FANTASTIC. Man I wish I could've taken an entire jug of it back with me. The ambience was lovely, the arrangement was nice, the staffs were highly professional which I loved.
