Better than a lot of places I've eaten in Peru! I love their ceviche which they only do on weekends, and they use proper Incan corn (not the dried stuff!). Love their tamales, and this is one of the few places I will eat an empanada at (since they're so sketchy normally). I do not get to Kensington Market as much as I would like but when I do I always want to eat at Latin Taste.It’s a small Peruvian market-restaurant that has the freshest homemade dishes. The tasty empanadas have various stuffings and the tamales melt in your mouth especially the award winning Quinoa tamale!I’ve been lucky to have tried the papas a la huancaina(boiled potatoes that are covered in this delicate cheese sauce that will blow your tastebuds, and arroz con pollo which is a rice-chicken dish that with every bite you just want to say Mmmmmm!!What makes this place special besides the incredible food is the owner Lorena. She is so warm and inviting and definitely puts all her good vibes into everything she makes. Latin Taste on Baldwin easily 5 stars!
