[December 6th (Monday) at L'ttache, a hidden petite restaurant in front of Jiyugaoka Station ] :Based on the concept of ``a French restaurant you can go to'', we are a small restaurant with simple yet warm service and mainly omakase courses tailored to the situation. Enjoy aromatic cuisine and French wine in a warm space that feels like being invited to a friend's home. ~The meal I received~ [Omakase course ¥8,800] Amuse Crab and cauliflower cream, tomato consomme jelly Entree Kyoto Tamba black chicken ballotine, grilled turnip salad 2eme entree Scallop fried walnut flavor, butternut pumpkin velouté Poisson Red sea bream vapor from Ehime, mussels, ginger and saffron sauce Viande Hokkaido Ezo deer Shintama roti with raspberry flavored red wine sauce Dessert fondant chocolate passion fruit and tonka bean ice cream Assorted cheese Coffee/Small sweets ~General review~ 1 minute walk from the front exit of Jiyugaoka Station? I went to the restaurant L'attache which is located 30 seconds away This restaurant was newly opened by Chef Nishisako on December 6th after working at a French restaurant, restaurant, bistro, and a star brasserie restaurant in Lyon, France. This restaurant was started with the idea of ``Aiming to be a restaurant with a simple concept, and wanting people to feel the taste of the restaurant more closely.'' I'm excited to see each and every dish, from the ingredients to the presentation and even the tableware. You can feel the desire to carefully make each item one by one, cherishing the aroma and bringing out the flavor of the ingredients to the fullest Of course, everything was delicious, but the scallops especially left an impression on me Thank you for spending 3150 hours with me
