Dishonest and scammy. Also. they give you a reusable cup but refuse to reuse them. I ordered a caramel latte that was listed as $7.20, which is already pretty expensive imo. I was asked if I wanted that with caramel (which is listed under the drink description) and said "Yes just as the description says". The barista quickly rang me up and when I looked at my receipt she charged me almost $11 for the single drink. There were multiple upcharges for "extra" caramel and milk foam. Before she began making the drink I said I didn't want any "extras", just the $7.20 drink listed and asked her to remove the charges. She agreed to but kept whispering under her breath to her manager or someone on her ear bud. She pulled up the refund on the screen but awkwardly wouldn't actually put it through and then quickly told me "it's all good now" and started making my drink. I was looking at my credit card as she did this and it showed the initial $11 charge but no refund. I asked for a receipt for the refunded extra charges. She said okay then just input a drink and voided it and gave me a receipt for that (nothing with my cc or a refunded amount). At this point I was sick of dealing with her and her sketchy behavior and accepted that she wasn't going to actually give me my money back (even though she would smile and pretend like she was and then whisper to her boss again on her ear piece about it). After all this I did confirm on my cc that she did over charge me and no refund. I won't be back when they are so dishonest and scammy. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
