What a gem tucked away in Dijon! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed like old friends. The staff took the time to chat with us, ask about our taste preferences, and guide us through their wine selection with real passion and knowledge. Every glass we tried was excellent, and the small bites paired beautifully with the wines. You can tell everything is chosen with care. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, perfect for a relaxed evening. It’s the kind of place where one glass turns into three because you’re having too good a time to leave. If you’re visiting Dijon, do yourself a favor and stop by - you won’t regret it. Price per person: €40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Truly a gem! The wine selection was absolutely amazing and we got great recommendations from the owners. The food was so delicious, the owners were so nice, knowledgeable and accommodating, and the whole atmosphere was just perfect. At the end we ended up going there again the next evening and if we were staying one more night in Dijon, we would go again. Absolute must and highly recommend to any food and wine lover! Price per person: €40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: We had a great veggie platter with amazing homemade dips. Any cheese course is also a great option.

On my first visit to L'Auguste, I was immediately given a warm welcome. The owner is a very friendly man who pays attention to all his customers and clearly knows his craft. The wines on the menu reflect the diversity of the Burgundy wine region. The owner also has a keen eye for food. Although L'Auguste is primarily a wine bar, the cheese and charcuterie boards are of excellent quality. In short, you don’t just go to L'Auguste for the fine wines, but also to satisfy a small appetite and enjoy a warm, Burgundian-style welcome. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
