We try to offer a lot of variety even with our small food prep footprint. We usually bake our eggs, but may prepare them using another method when the oven is in heavy use to minimize wait time. Lots of folks love our sandwich on local sourdough, with homemade hot sauce, and we’re sorry if you did not. We also work hard to make sure our pricing is within the bounds of our market, and like everyone else, have to cover our rapidly escalating costs to be able to keep the doors open. Thanks for your visit and review, Andrew!! We do use shell eggs for some dishes, but based on our limited footprint / kitchen, we use liquid eggs for bulk items, as most restaurants do. If you have a preference, just ask next time. Thanks for the props on the coffee :)
