Had a wonderful experience celebrating my granddaughter's birthday as first time comers. . BUT, It didn't start off that way. I was getting a bit annoyed by " customer service" during check in. Not did I only have to step back out of line, but the waiver kiosk wasn't accepting my email. There were 3 kiosk, but only ONE was working. It was frustrating for me, because not only was I holding the line up ,I had to step back OUT of line after already waiting in line 15 minutes before attempting to fill out the waiver. The ONE person checking people in was very oblivious about it, and started taking other people. But yet, there was a whole other person that could have also started checking people in when you have 3 other registers that should have been opened up. Well, after a few minutes I was approached by one of the managers. I didn't asked for one!! He just happened to walk in, and it's possible he seen my concern all of my face, I don't know, but his intention of serving us was right one time! He took 1000% care of my family that day, in maiking sure baby girl's birthday was special. 1st of all, her mom was told we couldn't bring her cake in unless we planned to have a "party room". Mind you $400+ party room. Smh.. when they have a FULL seating area of tables and booths in the back where the food is served. But nope, we was initially told we could NOT have her cake and they will put it in the freezer. Until...then, again 1000% was taken care of by this young fella. From the check in, to games to maiking sure we had space to celebrate my granddaughter, we were in awe of his services and more! Thank you Meek for being SO kind and patient with us on Saturday 6/20. It was a great deal and we truly appreciate you to the fullest. I know when good customer service is being served and it goes a long long way. God Bless You Meek and Thank you again. I had a wonderful experience being assisted by anointing. from the moment I arrived, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. she went above and beyond to make sure I had a good day at launch. what stood out most was her leadership, there was a rude customer, who was very aggressive calling her out of her name, threatening her, during that whole processing she stayed clam under pressure, still kept a smile on her face, and ensured everyone was okay, its clear that she takes pride in providing excellent customer service. shout out to Zach for making them wings so good. on they said note launch needs to start providing there employees with security there are a lot of uncultured human beings who target young employees and later comes on google review claiming they got bad customer service. as a customer myself we need to learn we are not always right.

We had the best time! Meik was the absolute best! He assisted us since it was our first time there. We plan to come back and again, big shout out to Meik for making this a great experience for us! The facility is nice and clean. The food is great. Just overall a good place to go!!!
