Was on the hunt for authentic street food during our last day in Puerto Rico and found this hidden gem! We ordered ceviche, escabeche, and chicken/shrimp pinchos. The prices were more than fair, the food was delicious, and the family running the stand was very kind. If I find myself in Puerto Rico again, Laurel will be my first stop!
