I had a chicken and potato tagine... The sauce is not bound by concentrated tomato sauce for example or anything else. So we clearly see the separation between water and oil, in the dish which is unpleasant to eat. Also, the chicken is not very good quality. The meat is firm and it has been cooked outside of the dish. So in fact we eat a dish that tastes like tagine in the meat doesn't have the taste of the dish at all, it's the taste of pure chicken... Extremely unpleasant. So it's not a tagine. But quite simply an assembly. It's not disgusting either, but it's very, very far from the quality of a tagine. I see the photos from 5 years ago and today it's the same. We are no longer in the same exhibition. It's day and night. We have poorly displayed windows that are poorly presented and when you see the Google reviews and you get there it makes a difference. It's not dirty, it's not badly tidy but there is a difference between the photos and when you arrive. Maybe the boss should review the photos and try to get as close as possible. Please use the Moroccan recipe for tagine, at least you're sure to hit the mark and get a lot of orders. My opinion remains objective. It's not to be in the accusation or anything.
