The swiss cheese burger and the chili fries were delicious! Very calm atmosphere. Bathrooms are outside, parking is limited as it is shared with the store and gas station next door. Sep. 3, 2019 Volcano's Lava Rock Cafe 19-3972 Old Volcano Rd. Volcano, HI 96785 Me and my golf foursome went there for breakfast before our round on a Tuesday, it's in Volcano just before the National Park. It's a clean country style venue. Our table was next to a music set up, so there must be music sometime. I had the Portuguese sausage breakfast sandwich with eggs, cheddar cheese and three slices of sausage on a soft bun. It was as expected, nothing exceptional but well executed and tasty. My buddies had the bacon sandwiches, which were similar to mine, and a grilled cheese sandwich which looked a little thin. We were the only diners so the waitress was attentive and quick with service. This is a good choice for a meal before or after a round of golf at Volcano Golf Course or a visit to the National Park.
