Worst service for a coffee place in Milan. We sat down, after waiting for ten minutes at the door when there were only four five tables occupied and the head waiter said wait so I can clean the tables, important to note the tables outside that we showed him were clean….. a lady came to escort us to our table. We waited again for a while, staff came and asked are you ready to order we said yes, and they left. We waited for another five minutes and the waiter came out to take the order of the table that came after us!! And left. My fiancé went inside to get someone’s attention and Flavinia, the waitress very rudely said just: “wait - you are on holiday- Chill”. Honestly embarrassment for lavazza.
