A little place beside a hotel I stayed in at Ughelli. It has a chill place you can sit out in the evening to look out and drink. Nothing fantastic, loud music, alcohol, small girls and boys hang around. There is no strict control about the level of smoking especially weed around here. The waitress was courteous.
