I recently tried the lamb shawarma takeout at Layali Feast in Bloomington and had a really great experience. The lamb was delicious - flavorful, tender, and seasoned with just the right amount of spices for a truly authentic Mediterranean taste. Having lived in the region before, I can honestly say the flavors felt genuine and very well balanced. The pita wrap was toasted perfectly, the French fries were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, and the spicy marinated carrots on the side complemented the meal really well. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, the staff were professional and courteous, and my takeout order was ready quickly without a long wait. I’m not adding any pictures because I was too busy enjoying the food to take any. Overall, an excellent experience. If you want to try authentic Mediterranean food in Bloomington, I highly recommend Layali Feast. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
