Jo the owner is a full on legend. Local surfer and surf school owner had such a laugh talking surf stories, you can get your wax for surfing, leashes an authentic surf cafe with an authentic no nonsense owner. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast

Me and my son went for a 3 day course for the surfing. It helped us a lot and an experience we will never forget,(and the hot chocolate was very good!). Atmosphere: 5

Joe is a living legend. Layback is a beauty, a nest that invokes the passion for the surfing / coffee culture. I’d recommend anyone who steps around Newquay to come and enjoy this space! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast
