We organized our daughter's Communion meal in the establishment of Ambre and Nicolas, the new owners of the place. A very beautiful restaurant with a promising future that the palates of the finest gourmets will undoubtedly appreciate in a very pleasant Art Nouveau Deco setting. Ambre was very professional in preparing the event. She created the menu, sent it to me to see if it suited me. The booklet was perfect and very aesthetic. We also discussed the presentation and decorations of the tables, the restaurant being privatized for the occasion. And finally, on the choice of wines with an ideal selection proposal perfectly matching the food and the wines. She was just as competent during lunch, which we started with an excellent champagne whose fine bubbles opened our taste buds. The service was impeccable. Ambre was very responsive, attentive, empathetic with delicate touches. As for the chef Nicolas, he welcomed us in a very friendly and courteous manner. We chose the “FULL MOON” menu, to which we made a few small modifications. The Quality-Price ratio is completely consistent. The dishes served were extremely careful, very balanced, refined and creative. With a diversity of textures, colors and an explosion of flavors in the mouth. A true entertainment for the palate.
