Indeed, on Sundays we offer a unique menu including starter / main course / dessert for €25. This Sunday when you came, we were on the old and local recipe of Pieds Paquets. However, being aware that this remains offal, as you have pointed out, we offered Milanese-style Osso Bucco as a replacement. This was specified on the large slate boards located at the entrance to the restaurant but also on the so-called “stop-sidewalk” signs that we display along our terraces. We will therefore take greater care to clearly specify the Sunday menu and be clearer. Criticism is always constructive and allows us to move forward. However, one last point concerns us. Indeed, in the event of a bad experience, normally these are expressed at the restaurant itself, the same day via Google review or the day after.
