On the way back from vacation, we decided to stop at this restaurant. We were welcomed with a smile from the entire team, who took the time to chat and take an interest in the customer. The cuisine is local and gourmet. A rare experience these days. We put this restaurant in our address book to return with great pleasure when we return to the area. We came with the aim of tasting this famous Bazas beef. Objective fulfilled with “Le Boeuf Pop”, which offers tartare (excellent!), burgers and cuts of beef from the adjacent delicatessen. For wine too, we use local productions "the winegrowers are all customers of the restaurant" and the selection is of quality. The welcome is excellent, the terrace overlooks the village square.
