Usually, my friend and I like to plan visits to try all the "trendy" food places in Lebanon. This time, we went to Le Bon, Zalka branch. Unfortunately, the experience was not good, and the service was not welcoming at all. At first, the person in charge of our table was smiling, but after we ordered our dishes, his attitude changed. Since we were fasting, we decided to order two fish fillets, one fried and one grilled. The fish seemed to have been cooked earlier and then reheated in the microwave. We also tried to ask for some explanation about the dip that came with the fish, because we genuinely like to know what we are eating, but the waiter was very dismissive and uninterested. At the end of the dinner, we noticed that the same person in charge of our table was asking other customers, “كل شي ع زوقكن؟” but did not even ask for our opinion. I do not want to mention the names of the other two restaurants, but in Zalka, as you know, there is a place to eat at almost every corner. We actually tried another place that serves burgers and sandwiches, and the staff there were very welcoming, very professional, and handled our criticism in a positive way. They even took our numbers for a food review and told us, “رح يتصلوا فيكن” and “your opinion really matters.” Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
