After dining (and it is really not just eating out- it is exquisitly dining) in De Bühne, I am very sad that I don't live in Bruges. If I did, I would go to de Bühne at least once a week. The vegetarian and vegan menus my wife and me had were amazing, if not one of the best I ever had. And we travel a lot for some months every year and have visited already loads of vegetarian and vegan restaurants all over Europe. This restaurant is really special, also because the owner couple in their 60s work together with so much love and passion for the food they serve, this is amazing and you feel and taste that they love what they do. Every time we come to Bruges again, we'll visit you again! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
